Terrible service. My internet hardly works and the cable bill kept going up and we got fewer channels. I also messaged them about put coverage, never got back to me. Wish we had more choices around here
Internet crawls. I am never getting the speeds i pay for. The techs are as helpful as they can be but it only gets better for a day or two then its back to being slow. It's tiring knowing I'm being ripped off and have no other provider choices.
